About Member Rewards

Member Rewards puts the FUN in FUNds by rewarding you for participating in all things banking at SPC. You’re automatically scored on the 1st of every month based on your banking activity at SPC over the last month. Based on your score (ranging from 0-400+), you’ll be assigned a “level” – Basic, Silver, Gold, or Platinum. Each level comes with its own set of benefits (see a visual breakdown on the drop-down below) that you’ll get to enjoy. If you’re not quite on the level you’d like to be, that’s an easy fix! Visit the “Member Rewards FAQ” drop-down to find out how you can earn more points to level up.

My whole family has accounts with SPC! How will my household be affected by the Member Rewards Program?
Rewards Program benefits are based on the highest-level member in the family unit.

How about check holds and households?
When using SPC’s ConnectExpress ITMs, check holds are still determined by the individual member within the household (those living at the same address).

How frequently are the Rewards Program scores calculated?
Rewards Program scores are calculated on the first day of every month.

Can I see my score at any time?
Yes! You can check out your total points, a breakdown of your score, and a list of opportunities to earn points in online and mobile banking, as well as on your monthly paper or e-Statements.
