SPC provides Financial Literacy Classes and Career/Education Fair attendance as an unpaid service to the communities we serve.

Financial Literacy Classes:

• Offered for ages 5K – Adult.
• Curricula may include anywhere from 1 to 12 sessions, but most are around 5 or 6.
• Volunteers teach from well-known programs like Junior Achievement and NEFE (links below), as well as customize programs to your specific needs.
  
  Junior Achievement offers a complete list of entrepreneurship, work readiness and financial literacy programs for ages 5K – 12th grade.
  
  NEFE (National Endowment for Financial Education) programs present high quality financial education to high school students.
  
  Financial Football consists of four 1 hour long sessions to prepare high school students for an interactive football computer simulation (session 5) where the students answer questions to gain yardage and make touchdowns.
  
  Customized Courses may include anything from budgeting, check writing, credit/debit cards, or anything that would be important to your students or employees.

2. Research and Shop Around: Use Consumer Reports Online and online searches to find the best vehicle to fit your needs. If it's a used car you are searching for, get peace of mind with a vehicle history report from Carfax. This service allows members to research the history of any vehicle using the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). These reports tell you whether a car or truck has odometer discrepancies, has been totaled and rebuilt, or damaged in a flood. SPC members can request a CarFax Vehicle History Report online. You will need the 17 digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) (found on the top of the driver's side dash) to request the report and a credit card.

Members' Choice Auto Care protects new or used vehicle purchases with an extended warranty program beyond the factory warranty. Various levels of coverage are available for both new and used vehicles.
